Complaint Review: J&B appliance

J&B appliance is a total ripoff. Never have we expirienced anything like this company and bad customer service before. The tech that came out to our home diagnosed the problem, ordered all the parts and returned 2 weeks later. After he left we started a load and the machine was worse. I contacted Pam the manager and contacting this individual was the worst expirience we have ever had. Not only was she very unprofessional but she was extremely rude. This company is a sorry excuse for an appliance repair shop. Please do not use this company. If you are looking for an appliance repair company, I recommend any company but J&B appliance.
