CONGRATULATIONS we wish to notify you of the release of the consumer's reward program lottery held on july 25, 2008. Your name, attached to a ticket number 975130 drew the lucky number of 3,7,11,23,28,31 and 39 which ultimately won the lottery in the second category.

This is how the letter starts, do not be fooled by this. It is a scam a rip off. They are sending these letters out every month to different residents and what is scary is that they know where you live. This stuff comes to your home with your name and address on it and in particular the one i received had the financial place on it, whom I bought my house through. They are capable of getting all your information. Who knows what else they can do with it or to you.

They tap into your account and steal money from your checking account and you can not do anything about it. They give you a 1 905 number that my guess is, that they disconnect and change from month to month after they have stolen the money so they cannot be contacted or traced. The company is out of Ontario, Canada and the place they want you to send the money is in the states and the names the give over the phone are fake.

It is really sad because they are trying to steal money from hard working individuals for their own endeavors instead of making their own money. This world is sick and full of sick people. It is sad that people like this cannot be caught and put in prison where they belong.

PLEASE i urge you not to be fooled or tricked by this. The letter also said do not report this letter to anyone if you ever get it, REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY TO THE AUTHORITIES SO THAT THESE PEOPLE CAN BE CAUGHT AND HAVE TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!! BEWARE!!!
