Complaint Review: J C Financial Group

I received a letter in the mail stating that I was the winner of a Consumer's Reward Program Lottery held on May 16, 2008 ticket number was 949730, I was approved for a lump sum of $39,000 credited to an account with the claim number YPT-8269800, there was a check for $3,950 for applicable tax, I was to contact an agent Cyristal Walsh or George Cruz at 905-598-6547 to finalize my claim. I contacted the bank from which the check was written from and the check is a fraud there is not an account with that routing number, the account does not exist. Please be aware this is a rip off scam.
