J C FINANCIALS sent ck for $3950.Said won lotto ck was fake. Buffalo New York
sent me a check for $3950 told me i won $39,000 in Consumers Reward Program. Check was drawn on First State Bank Of Hemphill ,Tx. called better buisness bereau here in Peoria Il only to find out it was scam. I will keep the letter and check in case someone needs to see it .
