Complaint Review: J.C. Home Improvement

I was referred to this company for landscaping work. My driveway needed to be widened to prepare it for asphalt. This required for the old landscape timbers to be removed and new ones put in. This also required for a cement step to be removed and a new hole made for the water spout, as well as rounding off the corners on the landscape timbers.

The day I paid the owner in full, Mark Davis, I told him he had put the new hole in the wrong spot and that it would be covered with asphalt. He told me the step could not be fixed until the asphalt was laid. The asphalt was laid on April 26th. Mr. Davis ever since has refused to complete the work he was already paid to do and promised he would do. I also found out after the fact that he is a registered sex offender.
