Complaint Review: J.C. Pole Barns

Me and my wife Sarah moved to London Kentucky from Ohio, we did not have any type of storage and needed a building, i get on line and the first one i seen was JC Pole Barns, he makes it sound real good about how many states he has built in and how many barns he has built, the job he done for me and Sarah was a nightmare from start to finish, when we signed the contract our wait time was 4 to 5 weeks i said thats fine what ever, well it turns out to be 2 months exactly, when they came to build our barn we was told 3 to 4 days it was a 30/50/12 a service door a frame in and insulation, they got it framed in 6 days he informs me they had to go set post on another job and he would be back in a couple of days, he returned in 5 days, while he was gone i took my level went around the building checking the post, all the post was out of level except one, i inform him of that he says i will fix it, i had to leave for a few days and left Sarah the money to pay them when they go t done i was gone for 4 days when i returned they were still not done, 3 days later they finished it, i noticed alot of the metal was different shades and wasnt the same color, after telling him that he says all that is the sun making it look like that, i go ahead and pay them and the next day when i come home it is cloudy i go to the building and still the red i picked out had different shades on it, not just one sheet but every sheet, i go in i call and i get his answer machine and i left him a message, so i go out to the building to check and see if he fixed the post and they are all still not level, i get my ladder go up on the roof and oh my goodness all but 6 sheets of metal was damaged and had tire marks all over them, i go back in and tell my wife what i had found and she said he ran over the whole stack and she thought he had told me, it has been 2 weeks now i still can not get him to answer the phone or call me back, this so called owner of this company James Carver should never be allowed to ever build anything, he is very unprofessional and does not care about the customers at all.
