I purchased 2 memory chips. 1 was defective. I requested an RMA# on line with no response. I finally contacted James on 8/15/02 by phone and he gave me a temporary RMA# of "James 8/15/02. He told me to return the defective chip with that number. Which I did. On August 20, 2002 I recieved 2 RMA#'s from the e-mails I had sent. I wrote back and told them that I had already shipped the chip with the temporary RMA#. I did not recieve a reply to that e-mail and I have not heard from them since. All I wanted was for the chip to be replaced or a refund to my credit card. At this point I have replaced the chip from another source. I would like a refund now.
