Complaint Review: J C Vacation homes

We stayed at one of their homes, the pool was green and the house smelt very musty. we also found bed bugs in the rooms. we asked to be moved to another property and we were met with abuse from what sounded like an english person, we were told that we would not be moved and the pool will be looked at when they get time, and if we didnt like it we could leave. When someone came and looked at the pool, not sure if he knew what he was doing he could not tell me when it would be ready to use and had no interest in our issues. he just lit a cigarete and ignored us. Never again will we use this company for our Florida vacations.
