Complaint Review: J.Chapa Hernandez Jeweler

  Do not bring jewelery to redesign- do not bring anything .   He will not return jewelery for months , claims he is on phone to Europe or some important event- .   Jewellery was not done - all stones removed from rings brought in and damaged.
He had done a drawing for me - something he would design - never happend .   A diamond necklace - when I finally got it back was altered in shape   He tried to give me a plain inexspensive gold band with some diamonds - nothing like the design, told me   it was made for me . When I would not take it - he finally got most of my things back - again damaged 

  He did get the bag with now my broken gold and stones  .Strange how it became what was left   in a few minutes from the dimonds he said he had used in his band ? Tried to keep a designer valuable    ring - said he could sell it once I reminded him it was not in the bag of broken "stuff" . Got it back -   cleaned and shiny .

  I asked him why he did this - he said ; I knew you would want it back . It would be like "this". Strange   if that is what he thought - why was all my jewelery taken apart / changed or damaged ? Valubale   jewelery ... Sad .. 

   It took me 6 trips and an attorney ..
