Complaint Review: J. Clawson Photography

Joannessa Clawson is a 27 y/o who is currently being sued by Morrison and Foerster located in San Diego in a class action lawsuit for dishonest business practices in regards to wedding photography.

Currently a police report was filed against her with the Beaumont police for stealing personal checks which are currently bouncing in that general area.

She also allegedly has fraudulently enrolled in IEHP health insurance, has not paid her taxes in 3 years and has a check writing scam in collusion with her mother, Patti Baldassarre in which they are using Joannessa's grandmother's checking account at Bank of America for deposit of stolen checks.

Although these recent scams do not cover photography, they involve the same person and may be of interest to others who have posted here.
