J. Crew OVERCHARGED ME on the Phone for a Product that they did not have in their store Lynchburg, Virginia

On November 11th, I went to the J. Crew store in Montgomery Mall in Bethesda.  They had a sweater that I liked but did not have my size. The sales associate at the store said she can assist me with ordering it for me over the phone. The associate that I spoke with said that the Sweater would be $35.00 (approximately before taxes).  I gave my credit card number to the person on the phone.  A few days later I received my sweater.  When I went online to check my transactions, I saw a charge of $73.67.  I called the 1-800 number and complained.  They said they will be looking into this.  I will update this information when I either get refunded the difference which is $38.67, or give me store credit.
