Complaint Review: J CROSS MARKETING

I was checking my bank account and noticed a magazine subscription charge on my account for 46.58... i havent subscribed to any magazine so i called my bank and they gave me a phone number to call 1800-367-2921 but its not J Cross Marketing its some firm that J Cross has contracted through.

They would not give me the direct line to J Cross either. I have used thischecking account for years and it resulted in an nsf fee of 30.00. totaling 76.58 for something I havent got.... what makes this worse is that .. I never spoke to anyone over the phone..... it just appeared on my account.

I never gave out my credit card number or anything. The company that I spoke with does not have my name, address, phone, or credit card number in their system....
