I purchase a 2001 PT Cruiser from the dealership in about March/April of this yr.for about $10,000. I have had it there at least 3 or 4 times for mechanical problems. Each time they found nothing wrong. My car is there now as i'm putting in this complaint.

I have a on warranty on my vechicle for mechanial problems w/the dealership & my ded. is just $50. I think i'm being sh***ed because they know that something is wrong but it will cost them to have the problem rectified. My car now doesn't want to shift gears. I can still drive it but it's a problem. The service manager says he can't fix something until he knows what he needs to fix. He informed me that they can keep the car & cont. to drive it to they see what the problem is. How is that going to help me. First time the car was running hot. When i took it in & keep over night, he said nothing was wrong,but he replaced the radiator, which cost me $5.00 & now I can't get the cap off. I spoke w/the finance manager(James)that handles my account,he said the same thing & was rude,got loud when I was trying to find out what do I suppose to do. I told him that I was coming to pick up my car & was getting a lawyer,he told me that was fine,he didn't care.
