Complaint Review: J.D Marvel Products Inc.

After consistently trying to reach J.D. Marvel , I had almost given up. They stole $38 cdn funds from me for a hearing device.
I was contacted today by a group calling themselves the Canadian Consumer Warr group and they said they had gotten my information from the BBB.

Apparently they have thousands of individuals who have been ripped off by J.D Marvel that will "sign up" in a mass law suit along with State and District attorneys from 10 states.
They also have the backing of the Competition Bureau and Crown Attorneys from 3 provinces.

The gentleman that I spoke with said it would take months before the matter was rectified, but his pro-bono organization would end the business career of this company.

they encouraged me to list and photocopy all expenses that were incurred with trying to deal with J.D. Marvel, He also said my money was at Toronto Dominion Trust Co. in Montreal, Quebec and to call (514) 956-5234 and ask for Richard Benjamin and demand my money from their client.
