J.D. Marvel Products Cashed My Check & Sent Me Nothing! Champlain New York
On 10/27/02, I sent a check for $16.90 US to J.D Marvel to purchase a ClearVue Mini-Dish Antenna. On 11/7/02, my check was cashed.
It's 1/3/03 and I've received no product. My phone calls to 1-514-426-8715 are either busy or ring until disconnected. I harbor little hope of receiving my purchase.
Any idea of what we can do about this?
