Complaint Review: J. D. Marvel Products

We sent them a check for 2 mini dishes in October 18, 2002. They cashed the check on Oct 23, 2002. It is now January 10th and no dish and the line is always busy.
Here is JD Marvel Products #514 426 8715. The Check was cashed by the Bankers Trust on October 24th 2002. (aka Deutch Bank) tel# 973-389-4825 in New York.

I called them and they are the ones that told me it was a rip off company and had received over 700 complaints about this company being fraudulant".. I asked them "why do you keep on cashing their checks if you know it is fraudulant?" He didn't have an answer. Got snippy with me and hung up.

The bank should also be held responsible as they are perpatrating the perpatrator!! They are also liabel if they continue cashing checks for this company when they know the company is fraudulent and cheating people!! It seems to me that the Federal Gov should be getting involved since the banks are regulated by the Feds!

Somebody go get these guys. I would but I'm in Iowa.
