J.D. Marvel Products False advertising ripoff lying customer service agents no order or refund President of company did not respond to letter Champlain New York
This is the worst catalog company I have ever dealt with. I worked for 20 years as a customer service rep with mail order catalogs and I have never been treated with such rudeness and downright lies.
A mini-dish antenna was order 4/10/02 and as of this date I have not received the order or the refund that I have requested 3 or 4 times.
I wrote a letter to the president of the company on August 21, 2002 and never received a reply or at least an acknowlegement.
I received an email from a customer service rep named Pauline Smith (probably false) at Pauline@harling direct.com (Pauline Smith) stating that my refund check would be processed on the 30th of September.
I just spoke to the company again and was told that it hasn't been issued and it would take another 2 weeks.
Can't something be done about this fraudulent company?
