I ordered 3 pairs of slippers in early August, 2003. I sent a check with my order. Delivery was stated as being between 2 and 5 weeks. I called them 6 weeks later to inquire about my order. I was told the sizes I ordered were not in stock but they would be shipped in about 2 weeks. I waited 3 weeks and called again. They told me it would be another 2 weeks and I requested a refund. I was told the refund would be sent in (you guessed it) 2 weeks. I called again 3 weeks later to inquire about my refund. Believe it or not I was told that they had already issued their allotment of refund checks for the month and I had to wait another month for my refund. As you probably know by now I am still waiting.

My bank statement for August showed my check was cashed just days after mailing in my order. How can this company continue to steal money from people without anything being done about it? I did find out the sole owner of the company by doing internet searches, his name is John Dragan. The number of people with complaints like mine is staggering. I have trouble believing that this company cannot be shut down and every customer receive their merchandise or a refund.
