J.D.Marvel Products, Inc. are Liars and thieves
My husband ordered me a pair of boots for Christmas.He sent a check,#4112 on December4,2001 for the full price of $16.90(which included s/h).It was cancelled by J.D.Marvel Products,Inc. on December 19. We have never received the boots,so I e-mailed them in January or February (I can't remember).I received a post card on February 15th in the mail, from the company, telling me that their new catalog was being prepared now,and that if i hadn't received any previous merchandise,they had a new shipping date for me of February 25,2002, on order # 77978. (they spelled my name wrong=forgot the 'e' in Kleinschmidt),but everything else on the card is correct.
It's a shame that a company can get away with such fraud. we thought we were getting a bargain with the boots we ordered,but instead have gotten ripped off!Being a Diabetic,the boots looked really easy to wear...get on and off, and I really was looking forward to receiving them :( I certainly can buy another pair of boots.And I certainly think this 'fake' company should be punished for their gall! we sent honest,hardworking money to them and they stole it as far as my husband and are concerned.
