Complaint Review: J.D. Marvel Products Inc.

I ordered my boyfriend a pair of Doc Marvel Men's Winter Boots and charged them to my credit card. J.D. Marvel immediately charged my credit card for $17.80 but I have yet to receive the boots.

I can't get through on their phone lines, so I have tried e-mailing them, to no avail. I wish now I had done a little investigating before I placed that order.

This just doesn't seem right. How can companies stay in business ripping innocent people off? Isn't there a law against stuff like this?
