Complaint Review: J.D. Marvel Products Inc.

I ordered 2 bras Feb. 4, 2003 from an ad in the Winston Salem Journal and after not receiving them by April 2, 2003, I started trying to call them. At first, I only got a busy signal, then finally got a recording saying 'hold for the next representative'. I held for at least 10 minutes and no one ever came on line.

I feel the newspaper putting the inserts in are liable for the companies they let advertise in their paper.

The consumer needs help!!!!
