Complaint Review: J.D. Marvel Products Inc.

In Feb. 2002 I ordered a clock for my son, they cashed the check in March of 2002, we are almost in Aug. and still nothing as of yet. The check was in the amount of 16.90 money that my 9 year old son had saved for a long time.

It is really hard to explain to him that, that money is just gone, because of the idiots like this company. I will of course give him back his money, then we take the loss, I just can't see him taking the loss, after saving for so long for something he wanted.

I told him when he wanted to order it that I didn't think that this was a good idea, that I had never ordered anything from this company, but he really wanted it, so with good faith I ordered it for him. I have written to them and will hopefully hear something, but I am not keeping my hopes up to much.....
