Complaint Review: J.D. Marvel Products Inc.

I ordered a set of two non-stick donut maker pans on 1-29-02 and sent payment in with the order. It is 3-25-02 and I have tried calling and e-mailing and the line is either busy or they put you on hold forever, or their web-site is down, how convenient.

All I want is the product I ordered, that is why I ordered it.
And someone to answer the darn phone when I call so I can get some answers.

I had no idea that there were so many complaints and problems with this company until I tried to e-mail them and saw your web-site. I would have never ordered anything from them in the first place.
