Complaint Review: JD Marvel Products Inc

Back during early Summer, I ordered two bras for $23.55 from an ad posted in my local newspaper. Since, my check was cashed, received a catalog, two notices asking me to please accept their apologies for the delayed order.

The last notice received on Nov. 1, 2001 (5 months later) stated my expectant date to receive my paid merchandise will be December 3, 2001 (6 months later)....Excuse me, but I needed my two bras back in June of this year to have during my vacation cruise in August. Instead, I had to spend over $40 to replace the non-receipt bras.

I am unable to obtain a telephone number to contact them and was totally shocked today November 6, 2001 to find out that there is no phone number in their catalog....Who ever heard of a catalog without a contact number, yet JD Marvel ask for your telephone number......I have now changed my mind about shopping through the catalog and especially towards small companies like JD Marvel....
