J.D. Marvel Products, Inc. ripoff Champlain New York
On 8/20/02 I ordered two hearing devices from J.D. Marvel Poducts, Inc. I filled out an ad form from a publication. I used my Debit Card. The ad said it would take 3-7 weeks to fill the order. I didn't receive the merchandise and the charge didn't show up on my bank statement until this last Friday. I wanted to get in touch with the company and find out why the merchandise hadn't been delivered yet. I couldn't get an address and I misplaced the papers I had kept with my record of the order. The name of a town, Hawkesbury, is on the bank statement but no state or zip code. The $22.88 was taken from my checking account 10/11. I will be glad to send a copy of this bank statement if it is needed. The one thing I am concerned about is my debit number. Thank you.
