I ordered a indoor mini-dish, on August 20th and was charged $17.90 but i have not recieved it yet. I was informed that i would recieve it within 2 to 5 weeks. I tried e-mailing them but i recieved a reply that e-mail address jdmarvelproducts.com does not exist. What should i do to recieve my money back?

On July 19, 2002, I placed my order. Order #1020874. My check was cashed. I waited and waited. Finally, I e-mailed the company and received an e-mail from CHANTAL her title is
Customer Service Representive. Another name I
received was Pauline Smith. It was ended with
"We regreet any inconvience this may have caused.

thanking you in advance, CHANTAL

I was told their order from suppliers Oct. 22/02
was to arrive then and I was to allow 3-4 weeks from then for the delivery of my order. I believe I have been patient long enough. I have tried to reach them by telephone. Always busy.
I am now writing you for help. I found this on my pc. I will do whatever you say. Now I am angry.

It is frustrating that some companys get away with false advertisments. jdmarvel products is one that did it to me. I would like to see times like this come to an end.
