Complaint Review: J.D. Marvel Products Inc.

I was sending a cheque of $26.64 to J.D. Marvel Products Inc for 12 pots of strawberry trees on March 03, 2003. They cashed my cheque on March 10, 2003 and I haven't heard from them ever since. When I search the web today on this company name, I just realized I was being ripped off and I have looked reports start from almost 2 and half years ago, I wonder why the government or the police had no actions about this fraud.

I don't think I will get back the money, but let this be a lesson to all of us.
