Complaint Review: J. D. Marvel Products Inc.

I wish I had been smart enough to read the rip off reports before I placed my order for bras with J. D. Marvel Products, Inc. but I wasn't. I placed my order in August, 2001 and they cashed my check shortly after. I have yet to receive my order.
I did receive a postcard telling me about their new catalog and apologizing for delay of my "recent" order. I at least now have an order number -- but I can't wear that - it just doesn't fit!
They also included a shipping date -- would you believe it is 12/03/2001? Must have gotten mixed up with the Christmas mail and the anthrax scare and who knows what else!

Thanks for providing a place for me to blow off steam. I hope to find an email address for the company so I can contact them.
