J.D. Marvel Products Inc ripoff fraud business Champlain New York
I ordered an indoor Mini Dish TV/FM Antenna for my daughter on May 18, 2002. I sent them a check which cleared the bank, but never received the Antenna. I wrote to them about it but they never responded.
Please do not get suckered into this company. They are apparently mailing flyers to every part of the country. I live in New Mexico and my daughter just received a flyer and she is in New Hampshire. All of those who are thinking of buying from this company should be aware that they are cashing in the money but never mailing out the items.
We would like to be able to get our money back if at all possible. This company may have the resources to distribute flyers but it may be a front for some illegal activity. Thanks for your time in reading this report.

This is just to confirm that you've received my original report. I ordered out of JD Marvel Products Inc. catalog a "ClearVue Super Booster Inoor Mini-Dish TV/FM Antenna", and sent them a check. The check cleared my bank but we never received the Antenna. I had ordered it from New Mexico to send to my daughter in New Hampshire this was on May 18, 2002. My daughter wrote to the company for me to let them know that she never received the Antenna but they never responded. The joke is on me. The company is apparently sending magazines throughout the United States because my daughter also just received one in the mail in August of 2002. The company has a way to get their magazine all over the country, but it is a front for illegal business. I would like to be able to get back the $16.90 + postage back. If you can get the word out that this company is a fraud we would really appreciate it. Also, anything that you can do to get our money back would be appreciated. Thank you!
