Complaint Review: J.D. Marvel Products Inc. of Champlain NY

I received items which did not fit. Followed the instructions and returned them for a refund. I returned them on June 5th, 2002 and have heard nothing since, nor received my money back. I tried to call several times, there is only a long distance number and so far it is always busy.

When I tried to look up their website I saw that there were countless consumer complaints about this Company. I hope I have not become one of the ripped off masses. I sent an email, but don't expect to hear back, but hope I do.
