J.D. Marvel Products Inc. ripoff German style Cuckoo Clock check cashed product not received Champlain New York
I ordered 2 German style cuckoo clocks on March 15,2003, for $34.90 including shipping. The add said 2-5 weeks for delivery. My check was cashed on March 26. I have tryed to call them several times, with no answer or a constant busy signal. I checked their website and found an "Important Message" saying they have just moved their facility. After seeing all these reports I wonder how many times they've used that one. I tryed to E-mail them also, and it won't go through. These were gifts I was buying and now I'm ripped off. We need a class action suit to stop them and get our money back! Sondra south kent, Connecticut
