I ordered a ClearVue Indoor Mini Diosh Signal Booster was charged to my credit card have not recieved it ordered in June

I ordered a ClearVue Indoor Mini-Dish Singal Booster - June 16, 2002 - and charge to my credit card. I have had a couple of e-mails telling me that they are backordered.

However, It is now September 1, 2002 and I have yet to receive my product.

I went on this website and saw the rip-off notice, especially on this company today - and am not happy to know that there are a lot of complaints about them.
