J.D. Marvel Products Inc ripoff Stole My Money Champlain New York
I ordered a Clearvue Super Booster Indoor Mini-Dish TV/FM Antenna form J.D. Marvel Products Inc. on March 19, 2002. I sent them a check for $16.90 which was cashed on March 27, 2002.
At the end of April, I mailed J.d Marvel Products Inc. a letter with a copy of the cashed check and the product that I bought stating that I never recieved the product I had paid for.
As of May 24, 2002, I have never heard any kind of response. Their phone line is disconnected, and their is no way that I can contact them.
I'm very upset about being taking advantaged of and conned out of my hard earned money. I saw their advertisement in a STAR magazine in late February, or early March.

JD Marvel is located in Canada, there isnt much out own authorities can do about that. I suggest you and all of the other victims report JD Marvel to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police so they can shut them down.
You can file a complaint online at: http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/contact/index_e.htm.
If the Canadian authorities get involved they can be relied on to contact all victims for recovery. Make sure you throw your name in the hat. The more of you who complain the more attention will be paid the JD Marvel.
Be sure to mention that JD Marvel uses a NY address to hide its real location.
