J.D. Marvel Products Inc ripoff victimized so many consumers Champlain New York
There was an ad in the Sunday paper for slippers. I ordered 2 pairs in 2 different colors. I sent a check dated Nov. 2nd, 2002. It is now the 2nd week in Jan. and I have not heard a word from this company. When I looked for them on the internet I found a long list of similiar complaints. Apparently this is common practice for this company to cash checks and never send the product to the consumer. I can't understand how they got away with this for so long and they are still getting away with it. Thank you for anything you may do.

IM A 77 YEAR OLD US MILITARY VETERAN WHO HAS BEEN TAKEN BY JD MARVEL CO. THE AD WAS FOR THE NORDIC STYLE BOOTS, ONLY $17.00 BUT LIVING ON A FIXED INCOME IT REALLY UPSETS ME. I HEAR FRENCH CANADIANS ARE BEHIND THIS SCHEME. WHY DOES THIS NOT SURPRISE ME! WELL ANOTHER LESSON LEARNED TO BAD FOR THE LEGITIMATE COMPANIES THAT WILL HAVE TO SUFFER LOSS BUSINESS DUE TO THE PEOPLE NOT HAVING FAITH IN THEM.
