Complaint Review: J. D. Marvel Products Inc.

I ordered a pair of Nordic Style Winter Boots for men, Size ll, Black and sent my check and copy of newspaper advertisement on November 20, 2002, check #4512, amount of $l7.90 which included the $l2.95 boot cost plus $4.95 postage and handling.

Check cleared my bank on 11-29-02. I have continuously called their listed "customer service" number, l-514-426-8715 and it rings busy--after "normal hours" a recording tells you to call during regular business hours. My letter has remained unanswered.

I am filing a complaint with the Post Office Dept and my lawyer in New York will be following up, as he is a family legal adviser and resides in New York.

I want this investigated and a prompt shipment of my order or a return of my money immediately.
