Complaint Review: J.D. Marvel Products Inc.

On October 30 2002 I ordered some products from J. D. Marvel products inc. In November I was notified that it would be 2 months before I would recieve the products. I e-mailed them back cancelling the order because I needed it now. I recieved the package from them on Christmas Eve in a potaoe chip box. On Dec 27, I returned their package unopened.

They haven't credited my Visa account back for the $61.81 2months later. i have disputed the transaction with my Visa company and haven't been able to get any results. Since the package was returned unopened I didn't pay return shipping and handling.
