Complaint Review: J.D.Marvel Products

I sent a check for moccasins on Oct. 3, 2001 in the amount of $10.70. Number of check was #4201. Have received the cancelled check back but no moccasins, which makes 2 full months.
I do not have the address or even city, so am at a lose but it looks like with the complaints, you probably know who I am reporting.

My bank keeps my cancelled check, but if you need it, I will get it from them,just let me know.
