Complaint Review: J.D. Marvel Products Inc.

I ordered, via U.S. mail, 2 pair of suede slippers and enclosed check that included shipping. The check was promptly cashed. The goods were never shipped. My order was placed Dec. 12, 2002.

I have printed out a copy of the cashed check and mailed my complaint to the JD Marvel company. No response. I have tried dozens of times to contact the company via phone. The phone is either busy or goes unanswered.

My attempts to be refunded or shipped what I have paid for have gone unanswered and unresolved. This company is a terrible example of what consumers fear most.
