Complaint Review: J. D. Marvel Products Inc.

On 9/25/02 We ordered a Super Mini Hearing Aid for my mother. The check for the order cleared the credit union on 10/4/02. It is now 12/4/02 and we have not received the product.

I have called numerous times. I have emailed serveral times. And I have written a letter. All correspondence requested either the product or a refund. There has been absolutely no response from the company. Their phone is never answered.
