I ordered 2 pairs of Soft Suede Leather Slippers for Xmas gifts. My order was mailed in on Nov. 1, 2002 and my check cleared the bank on Nov. 8, 2002. I have sent a minimum of 4 emails requesting my product, or a refund. No Response!! I have also called once-on 12/17/02 and was told that item was on backorder and due in to them 12/20/02 and since they were closed from 12/24 to 12/27, product would ship after 12/27. Since 12/27 I have not been able to reach them--the line is ALWAYS busy. I have sent another email, but of course no response!!
