Complaint Review: J.D. Marvel

Ordered 3 pairs of suede slippers 10/12/02 by check.
Month of December received 1 pair. After christmas kept trying to call with just getting busy signal. When I did get them they said they were moving and they would call me back. They did not call back. Wrote letter with copy of order form and copy of check. No response. Called again in March and was told they would be shipped the later part of March or first of April.

Still no slippers. They keep sending me a catalog, as if I would reorder again.
