J.D. MARVEL PRODUCTS ripoff fraud business deceptive company false promises cashs checks immediately but NEVER ships Champlain New York
On May 18,2002 I ordered two (2) ClearVue Super Booster Indoor Mini-Dish TV/FM Antenna 2/$25.00 + $3.95 shipping & handling per order that was advertised in a magazine.
I mailed my check $28.95 on 5/18/2002. The check was cashed and cancelled/cleared my bank almost immediately. It is now
SEPT. 23, 2002,(4) four months later and I have not received my order yet. I did receive a postcard once stating order would be shipped mid-September but nothing has come since then, and no shipment has been received.
I telephoned today 1-514-426-8715 but the line just rings busy, and I also sent an E-mail to www.jdmarvelproducts.com with my inquiry and complaint.
PS: They are still advertising for something that they can't get or are just fraudently taking in money.
