I ordered a fingernail shaper called Pedi-UniqueTM on Dec. 6, 2002. My visa credit card has been charged with the $29.41 (Can.), but I still do not have the product.

In all fairness to the company, I ordered the same product from the same company on Sept. 6, 2002 and received it at the end of November. Because it was taking so long at that time to get the product,I contacted the customer service by e-mail to see the status of my order. They e-mailed back saying that it was back-ordered and I would get it soon.

I am hoping that this is the problem at this time. However, I can't seem to get through to the customer service this time.
