J.D. Marvel Rip-off I ordered two pair of ladies brown suede slippers back on November 26 2002 No delivery fraudulent rip-off Champlain New York
I ordered 2 pairs of ladies brown suede slip on slippers. Back on November 26, 2002 for the amount of $16.95. The ad stated that it would take 2 to 5 weeks for delivery. Product has not been shipped as promised. J. D. Marvel has cashed the check #753 for the above amount but no product has arrived.
What can I do to either get a refund on this product or is this letter the only way to put this company out of business for fraudulent operations to the consumer at large.
Please send a response so I can know what is going on.
