I ordered 2 pair of fleece slippers in February 2003. I sent in a check in the amount of $16.95 along with my mailed request. It was cancelled a week later. I allowed the 2-5 weeks for the delivery and did not receive anything.

I was concerned about my package not getting to me because we were moving in the middle of April. I e-mailed them to notify them of the change, and I did not receive an e-mail response for three weeks. Still no slippers.

I contacted them June 3rd and informed them I had still not received the slippers and he looked into it and they still had my old address and he informed me they shipped one pair out on April 22nd. The package was not forwarded. I gave them my new address and he said he would have both pairs shipped. I gave them until today, July 3rd, for the package, and called them again. They never said they were sorry for the delay.

I finally asked them to send me my money back. If I don't receive my refund back in the 4 weeks time they said it would get to me, then I would like to file a mail fraud claim, because they are using the postal service to rip people off.
