Complaint Review: J Global Communications/eFax

Efax advertises a 30 Day Free Trial-- NO RISK, NO OBLIGATION. 

So far-- I have had 30 $10 charges and a $7.20 credit.  Is pent several hours trying to figure out how to use their system since it kept cutting off the faxes I sent.  They emailed me that they were suspending my account cos I owed them $10 for USING the account.  I said fine-- close the account. 

I have been charged 3 x $10 and had a $7.20 credit.  I have NO IDEA what any of the charges and/or the credit is for since it was supposed to be a FREE 30 day TRIAL WITH NO RISK AND NO OBLIGATION.
