Same exact thing happened to me and we cannot even do business in their state. I have contacted them and made them aware of that. They refuse to cancell it because of the signed document, which like you, we thought was for the ORIGINAL yellow pages website because they had the same logo. I spoke to ALICE MCCARTHY at (855) 579-2910 who is their debt collection specialist and she insisted in us paying for services we 'received' which happen to be completely useless to us since we do business in a state other than the one where the supposed listing exists. When I signed the fax I thought I was just updating the address on our yellow pages because it's happened before where they have the incorrect one and since it was a fax, the small writting on the bottom of the page was blurry as well. I guess this is THEIR way of making money. Using someone elses logo and sending faxes to random numbers that are not in their area code. I am very furstrated. I explained to her that I understand I probably shouldn't have signed if I couldn't read the small writting but they made a mistake as well in not calling and verifying when clearly we are out of state and the fax document even has our address. In the insurance business, we are unable to do business in a state other one you reside in due to different state laws. But ofcourse they are deceptive, making it look like something local to tie you up. I told her we would not pay and she was completely rude and not very friendly or understanding. Has anyone managed to get on their good side? Sounds and looks like a scam to me even on google search. Sounds like they do it to many small businesses.
