I am a small business owner that specializes in Accessories. I marketed many different items that were shown as available on J. Good-in's website and when I put my orders together I was ALWAYS supremely disappointed by incomplete orders. Not one email, phone call or fax was sent to me to notify me of this fact. I only realized it upon receipt of my "light" packages.

After repeatedly telling customers their order was on back order I finally stopped ordering from J. Good-in and was surprised to receive "free shipping" incentives on purchases done from a catalog sent by the company which as a business owner I felt compelled to use. As always I was even more disappointed when I received even less than usual without the catolog. I stopped marketing their products and turned to other vendors. I then received an email form one of their sales managers offering 20% discount off of any order I would make within the next month. I thought that J. Good-in realized they had lost me as a client and wanted to renew our business trade. But when I ordered I was most disappointed of all. I ordered atleast 10 different products and received only ONE!!!! If anything I want to save any new consumer from making the same mistake I have. Do not trust this company, they look legitimate but in the long run they will only disappoint.
