Complaint Review: J&J Auto Sales

Uses ebay to advertise vehicles for sale "As new" etc etc. Demands full payment before picking up vehicle. I was the losing bidder on a camper but was contacted by the seller saying the winner had failed to pay, that was his first lie to me. I however did not know this and agreed to purchase the item. I made the mistake of trusting him on the condition of a used motorhome. I paid him $5100 up front and arranged to pick up this "like new and great running" vehicle. At this time I discovered the interior lights did not work nor did the heater and one headlight. The tires which were described as 80-90% were almost bald. Then when attempting to drive this vehicle with the "great running "New" 460 eng./which was placed on it 6 months ago and the ."New" auto trans. I discovered the Motorhome would go no faster than 45 MPH!!!!! The salesman and the dealership have refused to refund any of my money. They started and then backed out of the SquareTrade arbitration as well.
Buyers beware!!!!!! Stay well away from this dealer!!!!!!!!!!
