I manage the ecommerce area at J. J. Keller. We were surprised to read your comment, but glad to have a chance to explain what we believe happened.

We work with a number of different distributors to help companies find our products. Unfortunately, there are sometimes problems, as is the case here. We were recently alerted to an issue with one of our distributors and as a result terminated our relationship with them. This former partner was a Virginia-based company who was accepting credit card payments for J. J. Keller products but not shipping the actual products. We regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
